My water pressure had been off for a while and when I put a gauge on hose saw my PSI was 120+. I called Babbitt’s around 9:00am and by 11:00 Michael and Austin were pulling up. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got busy replacing a bad water regulator valve. The explained everything they were doing and cleaned up well after. Very honest, upfront and reliable company. Our ac unit “crapped” out in May so we were up a creek. Babbit’s responded immediately and diagnosed the issue, presented multiple options to repair vs replace with no pressure at all. We ultimately decided to replace and could not be happier with the experience. Chris, Scott and the other technicians that came out were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Lee in the office was very helpful and responsive to my questions and the lady who called to schedule the appointment was also extremely pleasant. We called for an AC repair, cold didn’t work but heat did. He was able to guess what was wrong just by listening to the AC and after confirming it, replaced the bad part and was done in like 15 minutes. And he was so friendly too, he loved our pets.
