I made an appointment at this office to establish a new PCP after moving to the area in June. I saw a NP who would/could not refill my Rx as she didn’t write for controlled substances. I was required to make a follow-up appointment with a physician. I took the next available appointment with Dr. Stager in July. He also did not want to refill my Rx and suggested I see a psychiatrist and gave me a referral while writing for the Rx but instead of daily (as I had been taking it for over 6 years) he wrote PRN, with 30 tabs to last me 6 months. I had completely run out of meds at this point and had to stop my medication cold-turkey. I also had to pay out of pocket (no insurance)... read full review

When the provider cancels your appointment, they send you to the back of the scheduling queue instead of making sure that someone else can see you.
