They never give you what you ask for it doesn't mater if you have a picture or not. Had to take mine done after 3 days. Never happened before. Hair used caused irritation.

They moved. Didn’t tell me that when I called. Didn’t tell me that I needed to provide my own hair and edge control until I got there

I'm so disappointed in the service. My appointment was at 11 am , the lady never spoke about bringing my own hair. So I had to find a hair store . Not to mention she was an 1 1/2 late starting my hair . Neither ladies spoke nor acknowledged the fact that I was there . I had to ask the lady like what's your name. Kama was her name she spent the entire time talking on the dame phone while I just sat there. My braids are large in the middle because she got lazy , 10 of them came out already , I just got them done Monday . She left a thick patch out of my hair out that could have been braided. I guess you get what you pay for . Their business is trash , their customer... read full review
