I'm so disappointed in the service. My appointment was at 11 am , the lady never spoke about bringing my own hair. So I had to find a hair store . Not to mention she was an 1 1/2 late starting my hair . Neither ladies spoke nor acknowledged the fact that I was there . I had to ask the lady like what's your name. Kama was her name she spent the entire time talking on the dame phone while I just sat there. My braids are large in the middle because she got lazy , 10 of them came out already , I just got them done Monday . She left a thick patch out of my hair out that could have been braided. I guess you get what you pay for . Their business is trash , their customer service is terrible ! Don't waste your hard earn money going here you will be very DISAPPOINTED. They know they need to charge under 150 because this crap in my head I could have done myself for FREE ~ DONT GO HERE FOR NONE OF YOUR BOX BRAID NEEDS

When telling them What i wanted i received a price before they sent me to the hair store. When I returned another price was given. Doing the service i notice she was doing knotless made her aware once again I wanted box braids with box parting... She said she ubderstood at the end of service some box braids had really big knots at the root. When I said it needed to be fixed on sister got very rude. The older sister came to fix the issues but why we have to through the rude bs . Don't forget you got to pay for the hair n edge control they used to braid your hair then they're going to try to keep the edge control that you paid $15 for

Paid 180 for my hair and it untwisted 2days later. I told her several times I wanted my hair long.. it’s so short it won’t stay in a ball. Tried to reason with her she told me to take her to court
