“I love this nail shop; I’ve been going here since I was in 8th and I’m now 27 and they treat everyone like family. They have great customer service, they’re affordable, they are versatile, and they are quick! I recommend going to Helen for nails and Tan for pedicure, they are my go to duo and they never disappoint; their work is always amazing.“

“If you need self care and relaxation, this is the place to go. Rona the owner was welcoming with a tour as it was our first time there. Tresha did my nails. I felt very relaxed after I got my mani and pedi. Rona did my daughters mani and pedi. I liked how they made sure we were comfortable and paid attention to our needs. The ambiance at this location was lovely. The scent of essential oils was what I noticed first. The place was definitely modern, classy and relaxing. It was worth every penny we spent. We walked out feeling relaxed, lovely and appreciated. I will definitely be going back whenever we are back in town again.“

“Amy did my pedicure and Tom did my nails, however, I'm very happy with my nails (thank you Tom) during my pedicure, I was taking care of very nicely, she kept suggesting that I get a gel coating, I've never got a gel coating before and my polish lasted for 3wks from a different shop, (gel cost entirely too much) I just received this service on Saturday and today is Monday and my polish is chipping on 3 Toes, they offered to fix it but I work too far away.. the 4 stars is for Tom/the manager that offered to make it right, but I will not be going back there at all, if I decide to do so, it will only be for my nails.“

“We visited this barbershop for the first time and booked with Alex based on his years of experience and what I saw on his Instagram. The shop itself was clean, the online booking process was simple, and Alex was punctual and professional, which I appreciated…. so I’m giving four stars.

That said, the haircut didn’t turn out the way we had hoped. I brought inspiration photos and clearly explained that we didn’t want a “mushroom” style, as my son prefers a more tousled, messy look. Unfortunately, after the cut, Alex used a round brush and hairdryer to style it in the exact way we were trying to avoid, curled under and very rounded.

Additionally, the fade was too high and not well blended, especially around the sides and behind the ears, where it extended oddly down toward the neck. It just wasn’t what we asked for, and it doesn’t suit my son’s style. I also asked that he leave his bangs long and his hair longer on top. When he started, my son had more than plenty of hair to do this. Unfortunately, Alex used a large guard to go over his scissor cut and he ended up boxing up my son’s bangs in the front.

Im a hairstylist myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. I did not argue the $50 charge and I still left a hefty tip. Only because I know that time is money and this is how we take care of our families.

We’ll have to let it grow out and find another barber for next time. A little disappointed, but hoping this feedback helps improve future experiences.

The first three photos are the inspo shown and the last photo is of my son’s haircut after we got home and restyled it to go foward and up as opposed to rolled under. My son said he will just have to rock it for now and is thankful we tried it out now and has some time to let his hair grow out before school starts back.“
