I had the best experience with Floral Matters!l I went in to discuss a special, unique need for a funeral. Kayla could not have been more helpful with suggestions for how I could execute my idea, types of flowers and how long they would last (this was important as the funeral is on a Monday and they would need to last over the weekend), and even where I could find certain things. They were amazing and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for floral needs. Customer service matters at Floral Matters!!!

Fantastic communication and responsiveness, able to work with you at your budget level and across so many different life events, and excellent pick up and delivery experiences depending on your needs, every time. This arrangement was for a Sunday School teacher at church that had passed away in a sudden freak accident at home. We cannot tell you how happy we are with the arrangement. The colours, the size, the artistic work was and is fabulous! We were all so happy with it and cannot thank y’all enough.
