I've been a member at CPY-NDH since the beginning of 2019 and it is the best decision I have made in a long time. Everyone at the studio is so kind and welcoming. I also love that I am able to visit other studios in Atlanta or anywhere in the US and I still have a great experience.

I have ClassPass, but barre3 is my absolute FAVORITE workout and this location is the BEST! I love that each instructor's workout is different from the other. That's what makes barre3 unique! I can go 3 days in a row, and the workout will be different each time. My two favorite instructors are Jennifer and Allie, and Lisa the owner is icing on the cake!�

My buns are burning! My buns are burning! I had my first class yesterday (and first time working out in years!) The instructor (Kelly) was tough and so sweet! Lisa (the owner) was so helpful with getting me oriented and my kiddos settled in the super cute play area with Meg (who my kids love). The facility is very nice and parking was easy. All of this, plus a great workout that is currently burning in all of the right places...I will definitely be going back!
