I don't usually write reviews but never have I been so compelled to write a review and I'll be sure to put one on help just in case something happens to this review. I want to start this off by saying no we don't have insurance but I needed the help I truly really needed the help and I went there before twice WITHOUT INSURANCE.My Husband was turned away while having a high allergic reaction he was throwing up chest face neck swollen covered in hives and sweat all while laying on the floor. I had to ask the receptionist to get someone. The women with a ponytail showed her attitude and scrunch her face as if she had not seen throw up before to be taking to a room just for the nurses to argue amongst each other about whether or not they would help him to the point that one of the nurse with grey short hair and I think glasses, who handles the paperwork argued with my husband about whether he could breathe she kept telling him he could breathe or he wouldn't be able to tell her he couldn't breathe if he thought he was having trouble breathing instead of arguing about insurance amongst each other. can you just try to keep he alive long enough so that the emergency people can help? I had to ask them are you going to help him or should I take him somewhere to which they all got silent stared at each other and started arguing again. The women who made the breathing remarks gave me back his Id once I asked and I had to carry him outside without a shirt and lay him on a bench never have I Been so afraid worried and able to do nothing when the people that could do didn't. I had to call the ambulance myself and sit on a curb and pray outside of the place that could of helped him this review that I write today is both a reminder to me and anyone else with someone to precious to loose two things 1 get insurance and 2 learn to save yourselves because they won't.
My sister friend hurt her foot and wanted to come here because it was close to her home. 5 hours later after her check in. She still hasn't been seen. Her foot has now swollen 2x it's normal size and is turning black and blue. No one has bothered to assess her foot and she has been in pain since before we got here. Every time we ask. How many people are before her aWe are given "I'm not sure, but they will call you soon". We have seen people get upset curse the staff out then leave unseen. Just sick of sitting and waiting.
I fell and needed an X-ray. Waited for more than an hour to be registered then I was told the X-ray tech had left. Basically they wasted my time with nothing to offer. There was no sense of urgency with any of the staff, taking 15 mins at least - if not longer - to register the people before me. Overall the facility is portly run and I didn't get past the front desk. Would avoid this facility at all costs. They don't know what they are doing and now with limited hours, poor choice for a place. SEEK CARE ELSEWHERE.
