Today was the 1st day visiting this location and it was a great experience. Justin was very professional and warm when entering the room to assist us. He was very thorough and was very loving with taking Toto to the back. When Dr. McCrackin entered the room with Toto…OMG…I loved her care and approach with him. I’m very particular when it comes to Toto but when I saw her interaction with him…I fell in love with this location. She took her time with explaining her findings and what’s needed. My dog normally is terrified of the vet. Today at her appointment here was the most comfortable I've ever seen her at a vet's office. I'm so thankful to the staff there.
Dr. McCracken and Nurse Brandon treated my kitten Zemi like a princess! They’re so warm and caring. Best vet experience I’ve ever had. Very transparent and gentle. Can’t beat the prices.
