I phoned on Friday. They were out on Monday morning. They discovered why my dishwasher has never drained properly; the wrong drain hose was installed. He compared the existing hose to a garden hose. Next, using a snake, he removed the rag that had been flushed down one of my new toilets. This took strength as it was way down there. I am relieved to have this problem solved. They don’t know why the bottom of one of my cabinets in my big kitchen is moist. They couldn’t locate any leaks. In fact, they were complimentary of the new pipes and work done by someone else in the basement. Their charges were $150 per hour and a $50 trip charge. I paid $200 for fifteen minutes because they don’t charge by the quarter hour like my past plumbers did. They were a pleasure to do business with and I hope to recommend them again.
