Very responsive, Will kept us in the loop the entire way. He completely understood our vision (to repurpose bricks from our old chimney face that collapsed during demo) and came up with a great idea/design, turned out amazing. He and his crew did fantastic work (all in one day!), at a fair price. They were prompt, respectful, and I would definitely use Top Standard again.

Will is a great person to work with. He is very professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job repointing an entire brick stairwell and repairing the cement landing which had been improperly done by another contractor. He takes pride in his work, and he communicates well, outlining exactly what needs to be done prior to his service. I feel confident in hiring him again should I need him for any other project in the future.

Will and his employee did a fantastic job fixing our chimney.He even found a way to get our job done earlier in his schedule so that we didn’t have to worry about the leak any longer than we had to.Will is great about explaining what needs to be done and answering any questions my partner and I had.Scope of work: chimney mortar was failing needed to be ground out and repointed.Matched the existing color and style of grout. Removed the failing and improperly built chimney cap. Rebuilt and regraded the cement chimney cap. Rebedded loose bricks.Our 50 year old chimney looks and functions good as new.
