She is an exceptional colorist with a rare eye for detail, tone, and natural-looking dimension. She truly listens to my preferences, ensures we’re aligned before starting, and offers creative, professional guidance that takes the result to the next level. Her expertise doesn’t stop at color, she also teaches me how to style my hair properly, including the challenging areas, so I feel confident recreating the look at home. Got a hair cut with Ashleigh, she listened and gave me exactly what I requested. She’s great if you’re worried about someone cutting too much of your hair off. Very personable and friendly!

I’ve followed Yvette through two salons now, and seeing her at this new BEAUTIFUL, upscale salon at The Works just confirmed why she’s worth it every single time. I went for my first appointment here and left feeling absolutely overjoyed. The entire experience was beyond relaxing — from start to finish.

She refreshed my roots and we warmed up my color for the season (and because I’ll be giving birth soon and might not make it in as often as I’d like). As always, she was right on cue with exactly what I wanted and needed. She *never* misses. My color is always perfect, and I leave feeling amazing every single visit.
