    I live in a high rise multi-family building. There are limits on track lengths fitting into our elevators. The Shade Store measurement personal have poor communication habits to relay these limits to the local project manager or the manufacturing work room in New York. Also, there are no direct communication lines existing between the manufacturing work room and the installation crews. This is a problem when there are installation issues caused by manufacturing defects. This poor communication resulted in much delay and multiple trips to my home by the installation crews.

    I did not purchase anything from this company, but was ran off of the road by one of their vans (driver was 75% in my lane) and after months of trying to actually contact them, there was no follow-up. This will be an obvious insurance claim/case, but would definitely consider these actions and failure to communicate before EVER doing business with them. Just wanted to share my experience, to potentially save someone from experiencing the same professionalism with window coverings. :)

    I had been searching for blinds for multiple windows for a long time. I decided to start with our french doors and contacted Lysa at the Atlanta store(I live 3.5 hours away) and she shipped me samples that arrived within days and helped me with measurements and answered the multiple questions I had. The blinds arrived fast! They were pricey but the quality is 5 stars and I see/use them multiple times a day so its worth it! Now, for my next window!
