0star. The worst doctors office and service I have ever seen. I went there for my annual helath check up. they did draw blood and said they cant send the results over mail(which all other doctors I have been usually do) and booked an appointment to just give me the results piece of paper and to my surprise they charged me again for a visit for giving me the results paper. Also some results were missing in that, after coming home and seeing that I called them , they said I need to book another appointment to get the rest of the results and I need to pay again as that's another visit.Dr Shikh is horrible, only thing he does is come and say your results are normal, if there...read full review

This is by far the worst doctor office I have been to ever. I was looking for a new doctor that I could build a relationship with because I just got insurance for the first time in over 10 years, and all he did was tell me to call additional doctors. I could’ve done that at home. They addressed no issues that I was having, and both the doctor and nurse did not seem even remotely interested in anything I was telling them at all. Lastly, the nurse techs here come off as extremely uneducated and unprepared to work in the medical field. Do not go. You have been warned.

My family has been patients here for over 10 years. I do personally favor the Sandy Springs location over the Decatur location but have no complaints about Decatur. Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.
