The Kaufmann Clinic - Midtown

I’m late writing my review. Didn’t want to, but my last visit bothered me. I’ve been a patient for years and never had issues. My last appointment was on March 27th. While my doctor is great, my experience with the front office staff at check in that day was very rude. The online portal showed I had a balance of $80. Forty was already paid via my bank, leaving on my end a balance of $40. The office staff member told me I couldn’t see the doctor unless it was paid in full. She stated, that’s the new policy. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Jacinto and his staff at this clinic. EVERYONE is so nice, kind, caring and preemptive. Anytime there are issues they are resolved almost always day of. As someone with many complicated medical issues, the fact they put in this amount of effort makes my life and getting treatment so much easier. I truly love this office, its staff and doctors and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them.

I cannot say enough good things about the Kaufmann Clinic. The staff is always kind and professional. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment, nor have I ever felt rushed out. I absolutely adore and respect my doctor, Lauren Regan. She is incredibly knowledgable, compassionate and attentive. It is obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and she is willing to take the time to make sure you understand all of your healthcare options.
