worst apartments ever they had onsite security and police officers onsite when I first moved here they do not have security people have been shot at and killed and management does nothing these use to be decent apartments now its like its Kimberley Court apartments what they were before they were torn down and rebuilt.as Ashley Cascade I am trying to move before I am a victim you have teenagers walking around with guns jumping on adults any anyone else concerned and still no security I do not understand

I contacted the corporate office of Park Place Apartments about the elevator in my building being down 16 days now. Some were empathetic, the people in the on site office were no help at all! I've been going up and down stairs from the 3rd floor with a walker. I'm hurting and very frustrated.

I have been accepted and now living in one of their senior housing facilities. The building is just a few years old but has been very well maintained. I love my apartment because it's spacious, the residents are seniors who believe in respecting other residents and the staff is respectful. I truly appreciate this company for assisting me with housing.
