I am 50 years old and got my core back thanks to my CoolSculpting Elite with Raymond Hall. From the first time I met with Ray he put me at ease and gave me the confidence that CoolSculpting Elite would be a good fit for me.I was so confident with his confidence, I signed up right away before even meeting with other scheduled consultations.In 2020 I was in tip top shape. Loving my body and my core. By start of 2021 during pandemic moved home with family. I gained 24 pounds. Learned it was not all food consumption, but that I also had fibroids growing. According to my GYN, then Radiologist that did my Uterine Fibroids Embolism in November 2022, there was too many to count.Still no matter how much I walked, reduced calories, hit the gym for weights or did the same core workouts I had always done, I was not seeing a change. I was unhappy with my body and had been pondering CoolSculpt for quite some time. I decided enough research and mulling over the years. Time to take ACTION! Ray Hall I cannot thank you enough for bringing me back to being happy to show my core off again. Even at 50!

I adore Dr. Santosa! I am turning 32 this year and decided it was time to treat myself to lip fillers and botox, something I've wanted for years! I was so anxious leading up to my appointment and I am so thankful that I was under the care of Dr. Santosa and her nurse Jenny! They kept me so calm throughout the entire experience. I've never had a medical procedure like this done before and I really didn't know what to expect, Dr. Santosa is incredibly thorough in her care. I seriously can not emphasize enough how great she makes you feel prior, during and after your appointment.For anyone wondering what the process is like, this is my exceptional experience!After you check in for your appointment, Dr. Santosa's nurse, Jenny will bring you in to your room and ask you a couple of questions before Dr. Santosa comes in. Once she arrives she will go over what to expect from start to finish, answer any questions you may have and have you sign a consent. After that Jenny will apply alcohol to the areas as well as numbing cream which takes about 20 minutes to take full effect. While you wait for everything to go numb Dr. Santosa will stay in the room and settle any nerves you could possibly have. I, like many others made the terrible mistake of watching lip injection videos prior to my appointment and saw how traumatizing it can be for other people. It was safe to say I was a bundle of nerves going in to this appointment. I CANNOT emphasize this enough, Dr. Santosa and Jenny left me feeling so comfortable and at ease about the entire process! By the time I was injected I felt the tiniest bit of discomfort and then it was done. The entire process took about an hour from start to finish and was nearly painless! Dr. Santosa has magic fingers because it was so quick and so gentle, I left feeling and looking amazing!It is safe to say I will be back for future needs and will be referring ALL my friends and family to her! Dr. Santosa and Jenny have taken such great care of me. They are so professional and kind and I felt so safe in their hands, I just wish I could rate them more stars!

MetroDerm Atlanta: After recently deciding to put more emphasis on my health, I decided to return to Metro Derm. About a decade ago, I was a frequent acne patient of Dr. Amy Kim. She treated my case with respect and compassion as she helped to heal me of my troubling acne, at the time. About 13 years later, I'm returning to see one of her PA's, Syndey for an eye rash and questionable mole. I'm unfortunately without insurance so I informed the office I would be paying out-of-pocket. Upon checking in, which I was 26 minutes early to, I again informed the receptionist I was self-pay and was graciously given price ranges and counseling by a sweet gal named Lyndsey. 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was called back into a patient room. PA Sydney came in shortly after I gave my run- down of concerns to the nurse. The visit was short and concise. I wasn't told anything I didn't already know, but its always good to have a professional opinion when it comes to a health concern. Overall, I had a quick and pleasant visit. The office was clean and kept well stocked with tissues, advertisements for the newest Derm approved products and hand sanitizer around every corner. Overall payment: $204 for an existing patient appointment for a PA to look at a rash and inform me my mole looked non-cancerous. Why must healthcare be so expensive though?!
