Very nice experience. So far I only took the Pilates classes but I enjoyed every bit. The instructor is so pleasant and helpful. Also great customer service from the staff. The studio is very clean. It's in such a convenient location. I love it
I attended the R&B/Neo Soul Yoga with Kayndise. It was my first time trying out this experience, and I am so happy I took the class. It is a restorative yoga class so we held positions as the instructor stated messages that allowed us to release and detach from anything that we might have been holding in. Aside from getting an amazing stretch, I left the class ready to journal because it was one of the first times that I experienced silence in a while. Hopefully, I can find a similar experience in New York. I was a beginner and was met with kindness which made me feel at ease since I never practiced yoga before. Definitely check this class out!
