I've been meaning to leave my opinion for years now. The salon came to DC in 2012 and I paid my deposit but I told the lady in charge of scheduling that my mother was at the end of her life and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to come and I needed to ensure that I wouldn't forfeit my deposit should things with my mother not allow me to attend my appointment that there wouldn't be any issues as I was already in an unpaid leave status . Unfortunately things with my mom were super critical and I had to cancel, there wasn't any nasty attitude or drama; my monies were returned to me that week. 11/2019 - From my initial call for my appointment up until the end my experience was phenomenal. I traveled from Nashville to Atlanta and it was worth the drive. Shara was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She showed me how to put it up and do different styles. Again, everything was great. I have no complaints. Thank you for making sure I got Damned!!!UPDATE: 7/14/20 - I had my fourth visit with this salon and after this visit I had to do another review. I still rate the salon at 5 stars. 11/22/19Just got home from getting dammed on the Taste of Dammed Tour in DC. Was in at 8am out by Noon looking fabulous. Shara was wonderful armed with positivity and efficiency. This is my third time getting dammed and I look forward to doing it again in January :)
