Great customer service. Great people. Horrible actual service. I went and fixed a screen on my IPhone XS Max at a place else where and got it factory reset or RESET or whatever. and they got my phone good. But I noticed when I got home there where a few technical issues. Settings would freeze, contacts take long to load. Long story short if your looking to buy a IPhone do not go here. Just buy it from the dealer like T Mobile or sum. It will guarantee no glitches with the phone. Now I could be wrong let me know something if fixing the iPhone screen could mess up the Apple Store
Would have given him 5 stars but he replaced my white face iphone with a black one. So my screen is black with a white home button. I would not have minded if he would have asked me if that was okay. But he did not and put my old cracked up white face screen protector on to hide it. Great work bad integrity.
