It's absolutely incredible to meet a tattoo artist like EL Plenty for my first tattoo. He cares about his client and his work is totally extraordinary. He's so respectful and provided the best care for his consumers. The cost is reasonable, and not only that his talent is terrific. He perfectly cover the scars on my left hand. He is my favorite tattoo artist that I highly recommend getting a tattoo from him.Services: Photo-realistic tattoos
