I have NOT used my Groupon. I have tried on numerous occasions to book an appointment. The merchant continues to cancel the appointment. They do not answer the phone or emails. The voice mail is full. They took my money and ran. I want my refund. The reviews for them doing this same thing is abysmal! This is a scam. Please refund my money. I noticed that they blocked one of my accounts on Facebook after I booked an appointment for today. I used my other account and saw that their page was still up and running. This looks like the law and fraud department needs to get involved. UPDATE: The Owner finally made communication with me after I'm assuming reading my review. She called to cuss me out and to tell me I was cheap. She told me I was a B several times. She told me she would not be losing sleep over my $15 purchase. (I bought 2 services through Groupon not one.) She was extremely rude and told me I was weird during these COVID-19 times. Sigh. She also claimed they don't get any money from our making purchases on Groupon, unless the service is performed. She wrote I could get a refund through Groupon. Mind you, this was the first communication she has made to me, other than canceling all of my appointment attempts.
