The doctor and staff are professional and friendly. I have been coming here for about 3-4 years and even with staff and location changes, the customer service has remained consistent.
I received GREAT comprehensive care at Southern Eye Specialists! Being referred through my insurance provider, I was extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge that was displayed throughout my experience: from making my appointment with their team to the actual eye exam at the office. Great first experience. Was seen quickly after filling out the necessary paperwork. Staff was friendly and helpful. Optometrist walked me thru the entire process and reviewed and answered all my questions. Would recommend Southern Eye to anyone looking for a new eye care facility.
