From first call to Southern Chimney talking to Carrie which she gave a website to check for certified company's and quotes for my project to calling back and Ashley helping set me up for a cleaning/inspection. These two ladies set the first impressions of a very good quality customer service. The rest of staff were very professional, kind and explained what my issue was. They provided pictures of my chimney inside & out. Ben was great explaining issues to me. I had contacted three other company's and Carries bid was the Best. I highly recommend this company.
Ben and crew are absolutely top notch. He's a professional who knows his business, treats customers right, and goes above and beyond expectations. He even helped us fix a mess left by another company.
After purchasing a home my home inspector recommended a chimney sweep and inspection as there were some minor issues with my fireplace. I ended having Southern Chimneys come to my house for a cleaning and inspection. The owner Ben came to my house and was professional and informative. I turns out I had a mantle that was installed improperly and the fireplace had the wrong type of gas logs for the type of firebox installed. Ben was able to make great recommendations taking into consideration the changes I needed to make and the cost involved. I feel well taken care of by Southern Chimneys a will use them in the future.
