The facial was supposed to be 50 minutes and it was only like 30. She didn’t give me a face massage. She didn’t touch my ears (because our ears are also a part of our face). I agreed to get something extra done for $20 but it doesn’t seem like it was anything extra. The only real benefit was she got rid of a lot of black heads and my skin felt very soft afterwards. Yelena was nice and she gave me recommendations on some good products to use but would not go back. Poor experience for being my first facial.

I purchased a groupon for this location prior to reading the reviews big mistake I called this location a total of 6 times the 3rd time of me calling I finally spoke to Yelana who advised me to send her the voucher prior to booking via snapshot (Text message) although that's not the usual way I complied and she advised she would get back to me with the availability. after not hearing from her for 2 days I called and left a message and she responded via text with a date I wanted a confirmation email just to confirm indefinitely that date would be set aside for me due to reading the reviews I didn't want any mishaps such as me getting there and having someone tell me I never scheduled so I asked will there be a confirmation email and received a semi rude response (Miss we do not need this information thank you) I promptly canceled my groupon and went with another spa with 5 star reviews, black owned with extremely easy booking and superb customer service. Do not waste your time booking at this location Its hard to get in contact and the woman doesn't possess proper customer skills....Just refer to reviews on groupon.
