I scanned the QR code to park, saw that it gave me an hour for free, and proceeded to register my car in the parking app. I was in and out of my appointment in 10 minutes. I came back and was booted!!! It took them over 30 minutes to come back and unboot my car. A ridiculous experience!!“

There is an intake form and COVID waiver (love that) that you have to fill out, so I would recommend arriving about 15mins early. The space was gorgeous, and my new esthie-bestie Q. Reid was the best! Hands down the best facial I have ever gotten. I’ve never experienced the red LED mask, extraction vacuum, or cold ice mask lol.
