I've been meaning to write this review for so long, and I finally made a Yelp account just to do it. Mimi is the best! She gave me an American Wave perm a year ago, and it still looks amazing now. I have naturally straight hair, and I was looking for some extra texture and volume. I had never colored or permed my hair before, so I was nervous about the result, but it exceeded all of my expectations. I have had perfect beach waves for months, and I can just wash and air dry my hair without worrying about styling it every day. Such an amazing gem and Mimi is the best. I loved everything about the place, and am SO happy with my haircut! Mimi took the time to understand my hair as well as my super low maintenance tendencies and the result is my favorite haircut to date. I haven't stopped telling people about Shear Love ever sense. Definitely get your hair cut here!

I had a wonderful experience at Shear Love. I have very thick curly hair and it can be very difficult finding a stylist who is knows how to cut it well. I was looking for a change and Mimi did a fantastic job. Seriously best hair cut I've had in years. I also decided for do something different with my color and it turned out fabulous. If your looking for an awesome local business who can transform your hair this is the place!
