I have been going to Sonal (she does my eyebrows) for a while and she is the best. I had one of them do my eyebrows a long time ago thinking they all would do pretty good but nope. I made sure after that day I would wait only for Sonal. Lol. Yes. I wait for her! I see that this location does not have a phone # listed. It would nice to have that b/c customers like myself I can make sure she is there prior to arrival. I went about 2 weeks ago and the lady said Sonal would be back in April so I did not get my eyebrows done, but I will wait for her. Lol. I don't let any and everyone do my eyebrows. I previously went to your location in the mall and when you relocated to the strip mall, I continue my business with you for one reason, Naaz. She is one of a kind and really takes her time to ensure you look like a million bucks when you leave. She is committed to the business and cares about her clients. I like the size of the new location and was there on 12/22. The heating system was not working well and it was nearly freezing temperatures outside. To the owner: please create and inviting environment for your customers and take care of Naaz and your employees. We really want them to stick around.

Have been going here for the past couple of years. My favorite is Naz so I go when she is there. I do have a membership and the only issue I had is they increased it without notifying me. When I called, it was corrected immediately. I recommend going when they are not busy, you will be there a while. They also have a stand alone location near the mall which still unsure of the rationale for that. If you go, go when Naz is there. She's the best.
