Greg is the best. He came out to repair two double doors that wouldn’t open and close properly. They ended up not needing new handles/locks. He’s a really smart, old timey kind of repair man and did an excellent job in only about an hour. I highly recommend.

The store manager was excellent! He went above and beyond to help me out today and i really appreciate that! He was polite, professional, and just a really good guy. I will now do all of my key and safe business through Sandy Springs Locksmith

Very knowledgeable on a complicated job on an older office building. Kirk stayed with it and got the job done and done well. Thanks so much!2/2/2024...Update to this review...after 7 years as being a commercial customer, sadly am parting ways. Something has happened to this business and are unable to answer their phones, return voicemails and the woman who answers the phone is rude. Sorry this happened to a pretty decent company.2/22/2024 - Update to last review...The owner called after seeing my review and made things right...they went the extra mile to fix my issue. That's the Real Sandy Springs Locksmith I know and love. Goes to show that you can have one employee...read full review
