Made appointment for my daughter to get her haircut (she's 5). Had a confirmation. Appointment comes and we go to their apparently old location, so they moved. That would be an important piece of information to share when booking the appointment. Call salon and they say "it's ok just come over now we can still do it". Get there "oh the next appt showed up, sorry". Why would you say to still come if that was going to happen?
