I love Salon Briggs, but especially Mallori Smith!! First and foremost, Mallori goes above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was pregnant during in 2020/2021 which made going into any indoor business for any length of time nerve-wracking. Mallori always asked me what I needed to feel safe and comfortable while getting my hair done, even scheduling my hair appointments when she knew the salon would be less busy and making sure I had 'refreshed' hair before I had the baby. My hair looks great every time I see her, I get my hair colored/highlighted but want it to look natural and healthy. She does a fantastic job. Caryn is humble, kind, professional, detailed & real. She takes pride in what she creates and will be the 1st one to redirect me, say no or provide another option if I show her something I want & it won’t suit me.
