I love Salon Briggs, but especially Mallori Smith!! First and foremost, Mallori goes above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was pregnant during in 2020/2021 which made going into any indoor business for any length of time nerve-wracking. Mallori always asked me what I needed to feel safe and comfortable while getting my hair done, even scheduling my hair appointments when she knew the salon would be less busy and making sure I had 'refreshed' hair before I had the baby. My hair looks great every time I see her, I get my hair colored/highlighted but want it to look natural and healthy. She does a fantastic job. I don’t know what I would do if it weren’t for Caryn and the magic she works on my crazy hair!
Caryn is humble, kind, professional, detailed & real. She takes pride in what she creates and will be the 1st one to redirect me, say no or provide another option if I show her something I want & it won’t suit me.

I look forward to going & sitting there for 3 hours. They care for their clients personally & take extra steps to ensure quality and a level of care that is hard to find in salons. I would love to refer everyone there if you aren’t in a rush- she/they are in high demand!!...read full review
