I've worked with this team for over 5 years. I feel so much better knowing my computers and data are safe with Safe PC Solutions. The team is very responsive and any time I have an issue or question requiring their expertise, I can always count on them. Their data backup is phenomenal. It came in handy with the winter storm strikes we kept getting. I can definitely recommend this company. A+++

I really appreciate having this yearly service. They are always available to help solve my computer problems or set up issues. The techs are polite, friendly and proficient at their jobs. It gives me peace of mind that there is always someone available to help keep my computers up to date, working properly and virus free.

First you have a problem. Then you try to solve the issue yourself. (Kind of like the do it yourself plumber!) Well, when that failed, I knew the next step: Call Madinah, CEO, at Safe PC Solutions. With my initial call, I got a message machine and 2 minutes later, Ms. M. herself was on the line! With complete reassurance, she informed me Mr. Everald Courtney will call back within 10 minutes. Guess what? In no time, I heard from the BEST technician. Everald stayed with me until the email issue was resolved. Understanding? Absolutely! Patient? Absolutely!
