RESICAP is a company that has received mixed reviews. While they have been praised for doing an "amazing job" on a renovation and having a "family environment" with "brilliant employees", there have been concerns about the condition of a property they managed, with reports of vandalism and neglect. Despite this, the company has been responsive to complaints and has a team of knowledgeable and sincere staff who make it easy to work with them.
Update: They’ve moved, broken the front window out and abandoned a dog in the property. They ran down your property. You really need to check on it. I submitted a complaint. Sad bc I saw how much work you put into it.2nd Update: RESICAP did respond to my complaint earlier today. It saddens me to see the property go from absolutely beautiful to run down in a matter of months. RESICAP did an amazing job on the renovation!
