Best veterinary appointment we have ever been to! All the office staff and techs we interacted with were so friendly and wonderful, and it was obvious everyone there cares deeply for pets and pet parents. Dr. Miller was the vet who took care of our Lucy, and she was incredible. She was very patient and gentle with my baby, and she explained everything very thoroughly so we had an understanding of where we stood with her health and follow-up appointment. She also took the time to just chat with us and really made it feel like a community, as did our tech. After realizing I was spending so much more on vet clinics to be pushed to sign up for subscriptions and non-essential services, I found Remedy. It was an amazing experience - the reception was warm, and Dr. Urban was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured or shamed about anything - and walking out paying seriously half of what other vets have charged is a cherry on top.
A truly five star experience that left me grinning ear to ear.
Remedy and the team are Amazing! My recently adopted French bulldog (Bruce Leroy) went for a wellness check and his shots! I was worried because he had something going on with one of his ears.
He was dropped off for the wellness. When I returned to pick him up the team gave my baby boy rave reviews about his calm nature! We were also given the next date for his distemper shot.
The tech was so great (sorry her name slips my mind) but she made me laugh, hearing her interaction with Bruce LeRoy!
