Radon Testing and Mitigation

So glad I found this company. As realtors, we really want our clients to be happy with the contractors we refer as it reflects on us. From the very first phone call with Grace, whom actually answered the phone (I love that) to the finished job with William, they were friendly, informative and efficient. William explained the process in detail and they showed up right on time.
Last we checked the reading, it was .8.

These guys did a great job. They showed up in time. They guarantee radon levels of 2.7 and the price was only slightly higher than the bid we got with a guarantee of 3.9.
Our foundation is about 2/3 basement and 1/3 crawlspace. They encapsulated the crawl space which has dramatically improved the humidity and smell of the entire basement + brought our radon levels from 9 to 1.5. Best investment I’ve made so far on the new house!

Ok so i want to start off by saying this organization is first class. William and Billy in the field were perfect. They laid out the scope of work and knocked it off in a perfect and timely fashion.
Administratively Grace tidied up the scheduling and post work reports perfectly.
I will use this group many times in the future.
