I had a facial with Colleen and it was honestly one of the best skincare experiences I’ve had. She took the time to really look at my skin, explain what she was doing, and tailor everything specifically to me instead of using a one-size-fits-all routine.
The whole appointment was relaxing but still very thorough — I left feeling clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother without any irritation. She also gave helpful advice I can actually follow at home (not just a list of expensive products).
If you want someone knowledgeable who genuinely cares about your skin and not just the appointment, book with Colleen. I’ll definitely be going back.
