PulteGroup Builds homes and advertise special warranty. However, the materials they use are inferior and they attempt to have problems solved until the warranty ends and they refuse to assume responsibility after the warranty, in spite of poor workmanship. They warranty shrubs for 30 days after closing. All other builders warranty them for a year. If they are informed of a problem, which they fail to correct, they will not accept responsibility. A tree planted with roots above ground was reported. They acknowledged the fact and covered the roots with mulch. When the storm snapped the tree, they refused to acknowledge it was the faulty planting that cause the tree to snap, because it was half dead. They lied and said they had "experts to look at the Tree that agreed with them. No one came to look at the tree for them. I had three experts look at the tree that did not agree with Pulte. They refused to replace the tree. I have had several other issues that they keep sending people out to resolve, but issues never get resolved. Some of the issues are: 1. The MB shower door leaks. 2. The door to the garage doses not close without slamming. 3. The "stainless steel sink" rusts. 4. The windows do not close properly. 5. The yard is so uneven I have twisted my ankle several times.

If I can give these clowns negative stars I would. They are not builders nor a honest business. Disaster developer! You better run the job yourself or you will get a crappy house that's barely hold together.

The initial 1 year warranty is a joke and Mr Ryan Marshall just sits back and collects money from senior citizens that thought they were purchasing a top notch home. At best it’s a scam
