I recently used Property Action to replace the brick front porch on my 100 year old home in Virginia-Highland, which was in a poor state of disrepair. The floor was terribly sloped, and the foundation was sinking. I had gathered a handful of quotes from other contractors, each of which proposed merely stabilizing the existing structure and making minor cosmetic improvements.
