Piedmont Physicians at Inman Park

Dr Richards Boyd is a compassionate doctor. She listens and follows up as needed. The other doctor in the practice is the worse as I had a terrible experience with him through a family member. All the bad reviews most likely are associated with him.

I was nervous coming here after reading the reviews but I can honestly say that this is a great location! I scheduled my annual checkup with Dr Richards-Boyd and everyone was so kind to me. Taryn walked me in and was nice and funny! Dr Richards took her time asking me questions about my background, my family history, and even pulled information from my previous insurance and discussed next steps for me getting some referrals. I had food that day so they were super nice about scheduling my blood work the next morning. I went back early the next day and Theresa was my phlebotomist. I used to see Dr. Ashley at this location and was very disappointed when she left. After months of trying to locate her new practice, I decided to see Dr. Richards - Boyd and had an amazing experience. I have since been back several times and each experience has been pleasant. My wait time has been short and she always takes the time to go through all of my concerns without passing any judgment. I strongly recommend choosing her as your primary care physician, especially if you're a former patient of Dr. Ashley's that likes the convenience of this location.
