I had a great experience with Mary Charlotte and her team at Physiotherapy Associates Lake Hearn. They were super welcoming and easy to deal with, the booking process was simple and clear, and my initial session was excellent. Mary Charlotte is very knowledgeable, empathetic and keen to find the best therapy plan and work collaboratively with my ortho doctor. I’m thrilled to have found such a great addition to my medical care team.
Mary Charlotte made sure I had appropriate exercises to rehabilitate my injured body part. The warm waters of the pool for aquatic therapy made my knees feel better and made them stronger with the exercises I did. I highly recommend this type of therapy. Also the receptionist was helpful and caring when setting up new appointments and checking me in for each appointment. I highly recommend this physical and aquatic therapy center.
The main therapist, Ms. Pat, has a wealth of knowledge and an easy "teaching" spirit. The entire staff is friendly, easy-going, and professional. The facilities are comfortable, as well.
