Charlie VanMeter always does a great job and is very trustworthy. We don't see any bugs after he comes to do the treatment. Experienced in the industry, always gives good advice and works efficiently.
After 22+ years of living in Atlanta, Team Pest USA was my first local pest control experience. Our pest (cockroach) problem just hadn't been bad enough until recent years. We have a condo and I've heard from neighbors in our buildings that if we ever have a pest problem, just let our property manager know. That's what I did and our property manager sent someone from Team Pest USA within days at no additional charge to me, the homeowner. I think this sort of arrangement between condo HOAs and pest control companies are typical, where the homeowner/tenant isn't charged extra for pest control since it benefits the entire community (they're wrapped up in HOA dues). My wife and I also have an apartment in North Carolina. Shortly after we moved in, we noticed a few roaches, so I contacted the apartment management and they did the same thing - had pest control do a treatment at no additional cost to us. In that case, they sent Terminix of Raleigh: Team Pest USA gave me a Friday 9-11am window. Don showed up just before 10am and went straight to work. He was polite, friendly, and mindful. He was professionally dressed and put on blue shoe covers before he entered. He answered all of my questions. He had a great attitude. Team Pest USA is lucky to have Don. If only more people were as personable and professional as him. Don did the same treatment inside our Atlanta condo as the Terminix exterminator did inside our other home. He walked around with a metal canister and sprayed pesticide in several different areas, mainly along the baseboards. Unlike the guy from Terminix, however, Don said spraying underneath the sinks (inside the under-sink cabinets) wasn't necessary. I also use Combat baits and Raid spray, the latter both to kill and deter. I hate roaches. So far, so good. Thank you Don and Team Pest USA!
