Nicest nurses in the world ❤️If possible, ask for Cole!!! Cole, Naomi, and Jen made a painful procedure significantly more manageable at this location. They deserve awards for being such kind and compassionate human beings.
At this point I can only comment on the facility. Will update on the procedure. The facility is sparse, chairs are extremely uncomfortable and it is freezing. There are no accommodations for working while you are waiting.
The procedure my wife had at Perimeter went wonderfully until I had to deal with the billing office. We paid a large co-pay bill that they noted had been resolved by my insurance, only to find out that my insurance fully covered the procedure. When trying to recoup my my copay six months after the procedure (providing documented proof of the situation from my insurance company), I merely got a response that they were "looking into it." Still no response one month later so I threatened to take them to small claims court fro money that was rightfully mine.
