Omg I don’t know why they have a low rating! They are amazing . My 80+ mother loves this place. She got better and we saw great changes after her Therapy there! I would hands down recommend this place
Don't use the patient portal because your physician team doesn't receive the messages. You have employees call you that are not on your medical team call and confess reading confidential medical condition messages to your team. I have an exceptional orthopedic staff, but find it unprofessional and ridiculous that I cannot utilize the patient portal in strict confidence to my orthopedic team.
I admit I am at a loss re: the high percentage of negative reviews here for Peachtree Orthopedics. I am a Type A, rather picky but fair Virgo who has worked in and around hospitals and health technology companies most of my long career. And Heaven knows I've had more than a ton of physician office visits, physical therapy and both inpatient and outpatient procedures. So yes, I have standards...and opinions, based on years of personal and professional experience.
