I took my mother in to have a procedure. From start to finish, the staff was kind and compassionate. The facility was clean and they took extra care to ensure it stayed that was. Dr. Mareth was friendly and kind. All aspects of the procedure were explained. I highly recommend this facility.

Medical Assistance is rude. When you talking to someone look at the profile. I spoke with my NP's assistance and she is rude as hell. I was calling for a prescription. In midst of my ending the conversation she hung up on me. I took work with client's. If you are going to be rude , find another job ma'am. Just plain rude. WE are all under stress these days, no reason to be rude to paying customer. !

Refund check bounced, delay in re-issue. Procedure was in Jan 2023. Major issues with incorrect billing, but I paid all bills on time in 2023. Refund check arrived in Jan 2024, deposited on 01/19/2024. Check was returned. Called them and was promised a new one. Four weeks later, no check. Called again. They said there was a problem with 'the mail'. What nonsense. They requested another two weeks to send a new check. The wait continues...
