Really like my doctor but I can never get anyone on the phone about anything. You better not have a question about your medication, schedule, appointment etc. because are not getting through. I was charged twice for a surgery I was having and have been trying to get that squared away since Dec.5. Still no one has called me back or remedied a solution and we're talking about $653 that I'm out of around the holiday season. Find another ENT

Quality of care was excellent - However, I would give their customer service a negative rating. I have been trying to get a resolution since July of this year on our billing. They owe me money but can't even get their office manager to return my calls. Their offsite billing department is friendly but say their hands are tied. Will be seeking legal advice.

The wax cover from my hearing aid was missing and I needed someone to check if it was in my ear canal before trying to put my hearing aid back in. I called Piedmont ENT since I have been a patient for more than 30 years and had 3 ear surgeries with them. I also come twice a year for them to clean my ears. The scheduler told me that they don't make any exceptions to the schedule and that I needed to visit an urgent care center or wait until my scheduled appointment next week. I have never needed an emergency appointment, so I didn't know that they don't make any attempt to accommodate emergency appointments.
