I have lived in Midtown for five years, I’ve tried at least five different dry cleaners, and Normans has provided the best service without a doubt head and shoulders above.

If you ever need anything at all, you can call and speak to the staff, they’re extremely transparent about whether they can meet your time demand or not, and have always gone out of their way to help me.

Have done good work in the past.

Recently took two jackets there with paint on them and they couldn’t get it fully removed. charged me half though. Overall good spot

Excellent service overall, timely, responsive, and attentive to the care & cleaning of my clothes. A friendly welcoming presence is also refreshing, bringing added value to a great service of which I have used for over a year now.I highly recommend this dry cleaning service.Thank you
