I called because my daughter was locked out of her car. Her keys and phone were in there. I asked for the price they said it would be a $15 call fee plus $35. I sent them to her. They were fast and friendly; however, the bill was $150, not what I was told! They did apologize, but need to communicated better that it's a $35 starting fee not the actual total.
We are so happy that we chose this locksmith company. I called at noon, and they had a locksmith come in that same afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. The locksmith also adjusted the bolts on the hinges of our doors—besides changing out the locks and re-keying them. We are extremely pleased by the workmanship and skill of Mateo!! I would definitely recommend this locksmith company.
They have high-quality products and excellent customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and responsive. They are very accommodating and friendly to their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith company.
