They are a young and passionate team, greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door, It's hard to find a nail salon that meets your needs without feeling overwhelmed or overcharged, but Eleven Nail Bar is different. The atmosphere is aesthetic and clean. If you are in West Midtown or nearby, definitely check out Eleven Nail Bar. Even though I have moved, I still drive hours to get my services here.

“My name is Melissa and I currently live overseas, and I wanted to do something special for my parents just to put a smile on their faces. My mother and father are 75 years old, and I was a little bit skeptical about booking appointment here because I had never been. But i must say I explained my concerns with Ms. Yaya, and she ensured me they would be taken care of. She also did a video chat with me and gave me a virtual tour of the spa. She was kind, sweet and patient. I had to cancel my parents appt 3x due to them being scared of their surprise and Ms. Yaya did not complain once. My parents and their friends enjoyed every bit of their spa day. They have not stopped talking about it and it's been over a week now. My mother has expressed multiple times that she felt like royalty, and she's never had that experience before. Her and my father have not stopped smiling about their spa day and how nice and caring everyone was. The technician also went out their way and sent me photos of them during their facial. What put the cherry on top there is a nice restaurant next door so right after their spa day they were able to eat and relax and talk with their friends before returning home. “I waited till my second experience to write a review. I was very pleased with both my experiences! I got a natural nail gel polish change on my first visit and powder ombré with chrome on my natural nails the second time. I also got a pedicure.

My polish lasted for weeks and looked great! Julia took care of me on the second visit. She was very patient with my requests and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my nails. Everyone was kind, courteous, and very friendly during both my visits. They even remembered me from my first visit, which was a really rough day. They always made me feel welcomed. The Jazz playing during my recent visit was also a relaxing touch.

Requested style: I requested a light chrome over ombré. It was a unique service. I brought pictures and a video example of what I wanted. Julia collaborated with me and gave me the desired look I wanted.

We got the Hawaiian Essence CBD Pedicure and it was so relaxing and left our feet and legs feeling buttery smooth. They offered complimentary mimosas and sangria which was a nice touch for a luxury experience. They also validate your parking, which is nice so you don’t have to stress about where to park and how much it will cost. Atlanta parking can be hectic.
