First off, a round of applause ??!! I have a nail tech that I have been going to for five years, which I love (not at this establishment). He was out of town and was freaking out because I did not let anyone touch my nails at all. Someone referred me to this shop mainly because of the best nail tech, “Phalla” (pronounced the English way, like Paula). She did my feet and handnails, and I’m so in love with it. Thanks so much, you are ? ?❤️?????. And I should have asked for the woman name who did my eyebrows, but hunny wow (it is giving ?❤️ perfect arch) !!! She killed it. They are good here. I enjoyed every moment here. I decided to get Gel X which most shops don’t know how to do but Bell at Nail Accents did. My nails look so sexy. Bell cleaned my cuticles and gave me a manicure. (Added service but worth it) I’ve been remodeling my home so nail care had been on the back burner. Bell prepared my nails for the Gel X service, was very sweet and easy to talk to. She’s been here for 20 years and knows her customers by name and service. I’m impressed. She’s very careful and does a fantastic job. I’m looking forward to getting my nails done again with Bell. This was tough to give a poor review. Went on a Thursday evening. Katie for manicure, Vivian for pedicure. I want to start with the staff being sweet, especially Vivian!
There was no list of options for the manicure, so I explained that I only wanted to get my cuticles cleaned up and my nails shaped. I figured this would be a basic manicure. Overall, the manicure lasted 7-8 minutes? I was impressed with how fast she did it, but there was no moisturizer applied at the end, so I had to wait until after my pedicure before getting hand lotion. One nail had started chipping before I went to bed. I filed it to prevent snagging. I got regular polish because... read full review
